Ticket Purchase and Entry:

1. All attendees must purchase a valid ticket for the Jeffreys Bay Music Festival.
2. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged.
3. Entry to the festival is permitted only with a valid ticket and matching identification.
4. The festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who violate the terms and conditions.

Age Restrictions:

1. The festival is open to all ages; however, attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
2. Proof of age may be required for entry. Acceptable identification includes a valid passport, driver's license, or identity card.

Code of Conduct:

1. All attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner towards other festival-goers, staff, artists, and property.
2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the festival.
3. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The festival is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Prohibited Items:

1. The following items are strictly prohibited within the festival grounds: weapons, illegal drugs, alcohol (unless purchased from authorized vendors), glass containers, fireworks, laser pointers, and any items that may cause harm or disrupt the event.
2. The festival reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items and take appropriate action.

Health and Safety:

1. All attendees are responsible for their own health and safety. It is advised to stay hydrated, apply sunscreen, and dress appropriately for the weather conditions.
2. Medical assistance will be available on-site. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of festival staff and contact the nearest medical personnel.

Photography and Recording:

1. Attendees may take personal photos and videos for non-commercial use, as long as it does not interfere with other attendees' enjoyment.
2. Professional photography and recording equipment require prior authorization from festival organizers.

Cancellation and Refunds:

1. The festival reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any part of the event without prior notice.
2. In the event of cancellation, a refund policy will be provided by the festival organizers.

Liability:

1. Attendees acknowledge that participating in the festival activities involves inherent risks and agree to assume all liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
2. The festival organizers, sponsors, and venue owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

1. All attendees must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and instructions given by festival staff and authorities.

Agreement to Terms:

1. By purchasing a ticket and attending the Jeffreys Bay Music Festival, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
